DS LAB FACTORY FACILITY(ICAD lll)

A multi-functional industrial development located in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi. The project has a total plot area of 19,758-52 m2 and is comprised of two main manufacturing/process buildings, a storage facility, an HQ office building, and other auxiliary buildings. Our scope of work in this project includes the full engineering package. i.e.: all design aspects (architectural. structural , MEP, and green building consultancy as per Estidama Pearl Rating System) in fulfilment to all end-users requirements (machinery. process lines, etc.), the complete local authorities approvals process (ZonesCorp, ADCD, ADM, etc.), in addition to complete site supervision activities and project management.
