Over a total site area of 2.777.89 m2 the proposed office building is designed to be the HQ of M/s Baniyas Investment & Development Company (BIDC). the main developer of Baniyas area of the emirate of Abu Dhabi. Our scope of work in this project includes the provision of full engineering consultancy services (all disciplines) at all stages (planning, design, permitting. tendering and project estimation, and construction), taking into consideration all Client current requirements and future plans.
